JACOB STAAR has been a golfer for ten years and is currently a member at The Club at Wynstone. He has experience in management with teams of ten to thirty persons while working in the automotive industry for fifteen years with Mercedes-Benz and five years running Staar Mechanics inc.
Jacob is responsible for our daily operations and management. His level of attention to detail is unmatched with the customer being the focus while understanding how to identify and solve problems fast and efficiently.

RAVI SUBRAMANIAN has been a golfer for twenty years and is currently a member at Kemper Lakes Golf Club. Ravi is a serial entrepreneur – Chicago Recruiting Forum, Inc., (Consulting) and MusicTonite, Inc. (Entertainment).

CASEY LYNDE has been an avid golfer for 19 years and a longtime member of Royal Melbourne Country Club. A proud Arlington Heights resident, Casey lives with his wife and five sons and is passionate about giving back to the community he calls home. As a volunteer youth sports coach, he understands the importance of building connections, creating opportunities, and bringing people together.
With a background in accounting, financial management, and marketing, Casey brings a well-rounded business perspective to every venture. His experience in real estate, combined with his longstanding ties to the local golf community, helped inspire his vision for Forged Golf Club.
